What is Barre?
Are you ready for a challenging and holistic workout designed to achieve a toned, lean, supple, fit and balanced body?
Barre combines elements of classical ballet, principles of Pilates and Fitness to create an effective and challenging workout.
This ultra fun workout includes elements of stretching, attention to posture throughout the class and focuses on improving fitness. At the same time it incorporates high intensity interval training that helps reduce total body fat.
Here at the studio we refer to it as ‘Barre-Core-Stretch’ as these are the key elements.
A lot of fun, upbeat intense, beat-driven muscle burning workout. Achieves great results. A must try here at the studio!
How to Book into a Barre Class
To book into a Barre Class, go to our timetable to book in, then you will be prompted to login or create a log in. From there, (if you’re new to the studio), you’ll need to enter your contact details and your injury history. You can purchase our Introductory Offer, a Single Pass or a Class Pack then book into the required class.
