As a results driven studio, we have invested in some amazing technology and unique exercise modalities. You will find our Instructors are friendly and supportive as well as highly skilled and experienced, providing you with the ultimate boutique pilates and functional fitness studio for all ages.

Our aim is to help you achieve great body conditioning using pilates, yoga and modern exercise science techniques. We will support you with your personal body goals – whether it be improving on your fitness level, increasing your strength and flexibility, posture or improving sports performance.

It is our passion and our pleasure to provide personalised attention in a small group setting to help you to move better, feel better and look better – all whilst enjoying your time in the studio.

We hope you will find a convenient option to visit us, as well as check out our Weekend Events which serve to provide enriching experiences. From sensorial experiences to educational sessions, we hope there is something for everyone.

At the Studio you will find our movement programs will always offer something different and focussing on various parts of the body, resulting in good body conditioning and continued results that you will feel and see.

COVID 19: Class time is allocated 1 hour unless otherwise specified eg Lunchtime Xpress classes or Barre classes 45 mins. Class time allocated includes COVID safety policy of 5 mins wipe-down of equipment and 3-5 mins transition from class.
