Really enjoy this small, clean pilates studio, conveniently located near Harris Farm on High St and above Dose coffee shop. It’a not exactly local to me but I make the trip specifically to do Ruth’s classes. I’ve got some particular issues and she’s fantastic at tailoring things to my needs and guiding my long-term rehab.

I have been going to Pilates Reformer classes at Studio High Street for close to two years. Ruth is very knowledgeable as she explained what the exercises were accomplishing. I have benefitted from her expertise and she motivated me to continue training. Olivia has set up a warm and beautiful studio. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone who is contemplating taking up pilates!

Olivia from Studio High Street is truly wonderful. I have only had a handful of classes here so far but she has made me feel so comfortable. The reformer pilates is such a good workout targeting legs, arms, abs, glutes & more! Today I did a remedial yoga class and by the end it truly felt like I had just left a massage room. Such deep stretches, all just felt so good for my body.Would highly recommend to anyone!
