Along with classes for general fitness, we have selected and designed specific classes to help address issues such as alleviating & preventing back pain, classes to vastly improving posture, improve bone density, increasing range of movement by releasing and preventing adhesion buildup of fascia and relieving the common large muscle groups such as hips, quads, glutes, quads and hamstrings. Other classes on offer, you will notice sharper mental faculty and focus, experience true deep state relaxation resulting in enhanced overall wellbeing.

  • Yoga classes are open-level classes & include Hatha based, Okido (Japanese yoga), Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra & Yoga Biomechanics.<

  • Beginner’s Classes We offer Beginner’s classes for Pilates, OOV and Yoga. All other classes are open-level.
