Using strength and conditioning principles more commonly used by Personal Trainers, this open Level workout is medium to hard challenging. As your strength & fitness improve, you can choose to work your body at higher intensity.

Expect to use gravity (your own body mass) with more time under tension to fatigue the muscles for guaranteed results.

We’ll also use traditional use of tension of the springs to mix it up. Expect tempo shifts in this session with bursts of cardio using hand weights for elevated heart rate combined with slow, isolating more classic style pilates moves.

This is an all-over body workout and if done consistently each week will see you achieve muscular strength, muscle & heart endurance, enhanced posture & body symmetry, cardio health, flexibility, balance & coordination.

A must-try on our timetable, and used by many clients as an effective & economical option to what many are accustomed to with traditional small group personal training at the gym or outdoors.
