For athletes with intense schedules, repetitive movements and high-impact training loads, Pilates provides athletic conditioning that supports longevity and performance — without burning out the body.

We run dedicated group sessions (max. 8 participants) for Rowers, Footballer’s, Hockey and Basketball Players. Contact us directly to arrange your group session. Current private group sessions are Sunday’s 8am, 10am and 11am.
