Low Impact Classes
We offer a range of low-impact, joint-friendly workouts designed to strengthen, stretch and energise your body. From Reformer Pilates for core stability and control, to targeted stretch sessions for improved flexibility, and mini rebounder trampoline classes for cardio and lymphatic support – our sessions are effective, safe and suitable for all fitness levels.
Reformer Pilates
A low-impact, high-benefit workout that strengthens and tones the body without putting stress on your joints. Using a spring-loaded carriage, it offers smooth, controlled resistance that supports proper alignment and core engagement. Ideal for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and moving with your optimum potential, Reformer Pilates builds strength, flexibility and balance – all while being kind to your body.
You can read more about how our Reformer Pilates sessions work.
Low Impact Cardio (can it really exist?)
Mini-Trampoline Fitness
Known as ‘Rebounding’, experience jumping or ‘bounding’ (more like BOUNCING!) on the mini-rebounder (specialised mini trampoline).
In our Bounce classes, you have the flexibility to choose a workout that suits your schedule and energy levels. You’re welcome to leave after the first 30 minutes of cardio, or stay for the full 55 minute session.
The complete class includes a warm-up, low impact rebounding with intervals, a core-focused abdominals section and finishes with a wonderful stretch while your body is really warm – leaving you feeling strong, energised, refreshed and on an endorphin high for the rest of the day!
Burn up to 900 calories in a single 55 min session. Work at YOUR OWN PACE. Suitable for those who have old knee injuries and can no longer jog or run! Joggers/runners love this class too by the way!
