Ruth’s biggest belief is that everybody should have access to affordable quality training for rehab, prehab, and bio-mechanical understanding of their body.
Ruth started Personal Training and teaching Pilates 19 years ago and has been studying, learning and teaching ever since.

Having overcome a broken collarbone, a torn meniscus and an ACL injury, I’m no stranger to the challenges of recovery. My own rehabilitation journey showed me firsthand how powerful pilates can be in restoring strength, mobility and symmetry.
Olivia blends warmth, clinical insight and movement expertise to help clients feel strong, supported and confident in their bodies. With a background in yoga therapy and many years working alongside physiotherapists and chiropractor’s, she brings a deep understanding of anatomy and exercise science to every session.
Known for her clear, thoughtful teaching, along with some jokes and banter along the way, Olivia specialises in tailored prorgams that build strength, endurance, improved posture and body symmetry.
With a background in Classical Ballet with Queensland Ballet, Alex decided to fully embrace her passion for Pilates after seven years of being a devotee. In 2012 she studied and trained to become a Pilates Instructor. Alex also continues with involvement in teaching and performing adult dance.

She has been a keen triathlon competitor for many years and has competed in many events including the Hawaiian Ironman World Championship 4 times.
Over the years, Sandra has worked as a Personal Trainer and helped many clients in a diverse number of countries achieve their fitness goals, ranging from weight loss and increased strength to improvement in aerobic fitness.

Sandra discovered Pilates after having a hamstring injury while living in Japan and it has now become a daily regime as part of her training. Since then she has received three Pilates Mat Certifications and more recently the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates Studio & Rehabilitation Practitioner qualification.
In 2019 Sandra was in a bad cycling accident which resulted in surgery. After learning to walk again she used pilates to completely rehabilitate and is back competing in triathlons once again.
Through her personal experience Sandra is familiar with what it takes to remain active as you age. She understands the benefits of pilates for all agegroups for enhancement of posture,injury prevention, core strength and mobility of joints.
She has experience working with a range of clients ranging from athletes for injury prevention to more mature clients with joint and mobility issues.
Sandra enjoys ocean swimming, cycling, running, skiing and scuba diving. Other more relaxing activities include going to the beach, drinking good wine and reading a good book.
Her mantra is “Stay active Stay young”.
Kelly is a dedicated pilates instructor who discovered pilates in a quest to add more strength to her long standing yoga practice. Seeing incredible results in her strength, energy levels and mood, pilates quickly became her favourite movement practice!

Sophie has been practicing pilates since 2017, when sports injuries led her to the method as a form of rehab. She spent 8 months completing her Mat and Reformer certifications with PITC. She is currently completing her Diploma of Pilates Instruction with Polestar, and will be returning to uni next year to study Clinical Exercise Physiology.
