Our Pilates classes for men and women are thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of life – including pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause & beyond. With a focus on strength, mobility, and balance, we incorporate resistance training and weights to help maintain bone density, and combat sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss).

Led by experienced instructors who understand the changing needs of ageing, our sessions offer a supportive, empowering space to move with confidence, build physical endurance and feel your best – inside and out.
