Guided Strength Training for Willoughby Locals over 50’s

Our demographic is very much a mixed bag, from women in perimenopause to men in their 50’s and adult offspring at university and then high school students enhancing sports performance and body awareness and grandparents who are getting stronger everyday and showing us that 80 is the new 70!
Our guided weight training sessions are dedicated classical-style strength training classes that have evolved somewhat since commencing them in 2022.
Using various hand weights, kettle bells and other equipment, you will get a full-body strength training session. We take the full hour so that you have a proper warm-up for mobility and an amazing stretch session at the end.
Low Impact Exercise for Long- Term Joint Health
We take pride and care in our work to ensure your safety and longterm health of your joints are prioritised. Precision and proper form are emphasised in each session. We understand every body has different needs and are at different levels, so each group strength training class is tailored to the individuals within that session.
